1) Cash Ring rates have changed from 10% chance to go off and give 110k per HP hit to 2% chance to go off and give 250k per HP hit!
*Basically, it will "roll" a 100-sided die and if it lands on a 1 or a 2 then you will get cash! Remember, if you hit a 0, you will get 0 cash!

2) SkillCape Shop, run by Bob, now sells GOD boots too!

3) Donator Cape, VIP Cape, and GOD Boots have new prices!

• Donator Cape now costs 999k at Bob's SkillCape Shop!
  
• VIP Cape now costs 999k at Bob's SkillCape Shop!
  
• GOD Boots now costs 100m at Bob's SkillCape Shop!
  

4) Fixed some minor cosmetic errors with the quest.

5) Reworked the ::yell command! Costs 1m per use for Free Players, 50k per use for anyone who donated less than $10, and free to PK-Champions, Donators ($10 or more), Mods, VIPs, GODS, Admins, CO-Owners, and the Owner, Deth Embrace.

6) Cash Ring now requires Hitpoints at Level 99 to wear!

7) Donator EXP Tickets have been removed from store due to abuse!
