The simplest way to level your prayer is to stand in front of the bank and bury the bones. If you wish to consume much more time, you may use the bones on the alter to gain extra exp, however, this will consume too much time. If you stand in front of the bank, it will take you 5-7 hours or so to level your prayer to level 150.
