Server:

1) Added new currencies to game, replacing the current "Point" system, with a "Coin" system.
Coins are: Donator Coins, PK Coins, and HS Coins, they are to replace DP/HSP/PKP!*

2) Added convert commands to convert Hide & Seek Points, Donator Points, and PKPoints into Coins!
Commands are: ::convertdps, ::convertpkps, and ::converthsps!

3) To go along with the update, I have also removed Max Cash Points, and Max Cash Tickets are now to be used as such!

4) The Spec-Restore Drink (renamed from Asgarnian Ale) now gives 50% Spec and costs 300mil from 100% Spec and 500m!

5) Added Donator+ command ::convertcash to convert 2.1B Gold into 1 Max Cash Ticket anywhere!

*-Out of the 3 new currencies, only 1 is trade-able, PK Coins! You are allowed to trade PK Coins, however they are expensive to trade! None of the 3 currencies are able to be dropped, nor will they drop on death!
